1. Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vljconstruction.net (the “Site”), operated by VLJ Construction Services, Inc. (“VLJ,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About VLJ Construction Services

VLJ Construction Services, Inc. is a Florida-based construction services company. The Site provides information about our services, projects, and company; it is not an offer, contract, or solicitation to enter into any agreement for construction services. All work performed by VLJ is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal and business purposes related to evaluating, contacting, or learning about VLJ’s services. You may not:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or other users’ data
Use automated tools to crawl, scrape, or harvest data beyond what publicly available robots.txt and standard search-engine indexing permit
Interfere with the proper operation of the Site (for example, through denial-of-service attempts or by introducing malicious code)

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, project descriptions, and the Site’s design — is the property of VLJ Construction Services, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use — requires our prior written permission.

The “VLJ Construction” name and logo are trademarks of VLJ Construction Services, Inc.

5. Submissions

Information you submit through contact forms is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We may use, store, and respond to your submission as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Project Information

Photographs, descriptions, and statistics about completed projects on the Site are representative examples of VLJ’s work. They are not guarantees of future results. Project scope, methods, materials, schedule, and pricing for any future engagement will be specified in a separate written agreement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional engineering, construction, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on Site content for project-specific decisions without consulting a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, VLJ Construction Services, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity — arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VLJ Construction Services, Inc. and its affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
